The restaurant reservation process could use a major overhaul!!! Having to book everything in advance is tedious. plus, there are hidden fees for Bali beds that can be frustrating!!!

The culinary experiences were fantastic, particularly the fresh churros and the engaging breakfast buffet overlooking the sea. I appreciated the attentive poolside service and the serene ambience of the adults-only environment. However, I found it inconvenient to have to go to the family areas for evening drinks after 6 PM. It would be nice to have more exclusive adult lounge options.

We had an amazing time at this place, especially loved the Redlevel Deluxe Partial Ocean View room. The breakfast was unbelievable, best options I've seen, and the service was on point, making us feel like royalty.

We felt pampered with the excellent pool service and found the spa to be a perfect retreat.

I can't believe how misleading their marketing is! This so-called adults-only hotel was overrun with kids. I had to deal with noise everywhere—even in the adult-only pool! It completely ruined my vacation. I expected a peaceful getaway but ended up feeling frustrated and cheated.
